Instructions
1. Preheat over to 180°C (350F)
2. Stir together flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Set aside.
3. Combine mashed bananas and Banana Nut Muslix* cereal. Let stand for 5 minutes.
4. In a mixing bowl cream together butter and sugars using paddle attachment.
5. Add egg to sugar and butter mixture while mixing on low speed.
6. Add cereal and banana mix and blend in on low speed. Alternate addition of dry ingredients and buttermilk into the mixture while mixing on low speed.
7. Deposit into greased loaf pans. Scale 1181 g into 9” x 5” loaf pans.
8. Bake for 55-60 minutes.
9. Let cool for 10 minutes. Remove from pan.
Notes
Keep covered in airtight container/bag at ambient temperature.
