Preheat over to 180°C (350F) |

Stir together flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Set aside. |

Combine mashed bananas and Banana Nut Muslix* cereal. Let stand for 5 minutes. |

In a mixing bowl cream together butter and sugars using paddle attachment. |

Add egg to sugar and butter mixture while mixing on low speed. |

Add cereal and banana mix and blend in on low speed.
Alternate addition of dry ingredients and buttermilk into the mixture while mixing on low speed. |

Deposit into greased loaf pans. Scale 1181 g into 9” x 5” loaf pans. |

Bake for 55-60 minutes. |

Let cool for 10 minutes. Remove from pan. |
