| Instructions |

Preheat oven to 180°C (350 F) |

Crush Kellogg’s Corn Flakes* cereal thoroughly. |

Combine crushed Kellogg's Corn Flakes* cereal
with chili powder, garlic powder, onion salt, cumin, cayenne pepper, oregano, cheddar cheese and green pepper. |

Remove skin and excess fat from chicken pieces. |
| 5. |
Dip chicken pieces in egg and then coat with corn flake and seasoning mixture. |

Place onto single layer greased baking pans. Bake for 40-50 minutes. |

Seasonings can be blended ahead and stored in an airtight container until needed. Add cheese and green peppers before coating chicken. |
