Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350 F)
2. Crush Kellogg’s Corn Flakes* cereal thoroughly.
3. Combine crushed Kellogg's Corn Flakes* cereal with chili powder, garlic powder, onion salt, cumin, cayenne pepper, oregano, cheddar cheese and green pepper.
4. Remove skin and excess fat from chicken pieces.
5. Dip chicken pieces in egg and then coat with corn flake and seasoning mixture.
6. Place onto single layer greased baking pans. Bake for 40-50 minutes.
Notes
Seasonings can be blended ahead and stored in an airtight container until needed. Add cheese and green peppers before coating chicken.
For ease of preparation, substitute Kellogg’s Corn Flake Crumbs* for Kellogg’s Corn Flakes* cereal.
